• Purchased the directory SpotFinder theme and all of the plugins and I am very displeased. I have expressed my concerns and I have told customer support about all the issues. 

• All they want to do is make excuses and blame the errors in their plugins and theme on other people.

•  I have asked them several times to fix my site and a month later they still have not fixed it the issues.

•  I have done all of the trouble shooting they have asked me to do and my site still is not working correctly.

•  I was on a deadline to launch two weeks ago and all templatic has done is cost me money and wasted my time. I told...
